My name is Lisa Gilbert, and I live in Baltimore, Maryland. I am an experienced antiques and collectibles dealer with nearly 20 years in the business.
I started selling antiques and collectibles online in 1996 and have maintained a positive feedback rating on over 5000 transactions. I've also had retail spaces in Ellicott City and Hampden, MD in the past.

Buying Uncommon Eye merchandise from Etsy.com:
Purchasing items from my Etsy.com shop is easy.
Just follow the registration instructions on the site. You will be buying directly from me, but through this external sites.
I prefer Paypal payments, but also accept money orders (including International money orders in U.S. dollars from non-U.S. buyers), and personal checks in U.S. dollars drawn from U.S. banks. Personal checks must clear before shipping - this can take up to two weeks, but is often quicker than that.
Prompt payments are greatly appreciated.
I try to ship within three business days of receiving your cleared payment, and I often ship the same or next day. If shipping is delayed for any reason, I'll be sure to let you know.
Please let me know if you have any specific shipping requests, i.e. cheapest rate possible, fastest in-transit time possible, delayed shipping if you are going to be out of town, etc.
I choose from a variety of United States Postal Service shipping methods (Priority, Parcel Post, First Class, Media Mail) depending on the size, weight, destination, and nature of the item(s) being shipped.
I am an expert packer and use sturdy, quality shipping materials in efforts to ensure that your items travel safely.
Non-U.S. Buyers: I DO ship Internationally. Please contact me if you are interested in an item that does not have international shipping rates listed. I will check on the shipping fees and get back to you.

I make every effort to provide clear pictures and an accurate description of every item I sell, so I rarely encounter problems with my customers. Any specific questions you may have about my items should be addressed prior to purchase.
